Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Techno Functional Analyst - Demand management cloud, VCP is a subject matter expert in Oracle Demand Management Cloud (DMC), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) and Oracle SCM specifically on Oracle E-Business Suite of applications with strong techno functional skills in DMC, Oracle EBS R12 SCM and VCP modules.

The incumbent is responsible to provide technical and functional support on Oracle Demand Management Cloud, OIC, ASCP, Oracle R12 Supply Chain and related interfaces. Supports the implementation of solutions through a formal process including requirements gathering and definition, gap analysis, design, development, configuration, project planning, testing and deployment.

Also responsible to develop, coordinate, and implement test plans with the super users for functional changes, bug fixes, enhancements, patches and upgrades related to Oracle EBS SCM Modules, VCP, ASCP and Oracle Demand Management Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Provide production support (technical and functional) for Oracle Demand Management Cloud, Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain and Order Management, and related integrations.
  • Perform gap analysis and partner with business users and IT teams to enhance Demand Planning, VCP, ASCP, and Order Management solutions.
  • Configure, test, and support Oracle SCM and planning applications, including user training and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve supply chain system issues, including root cause analysis and Oracle SR coordination.
  • Monitor and manage batch processes and request sets supporting the monthly S&OP cycle.
  • Support enhancements through custom development, testing, and production deployments.
  • Maintain functional and technical documentation and ensure governance of production changes.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and develop a strong user and superuser community.

  • Strong technofunctional experience with Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules, including ASCP, Value Chain Planning, ATP/Allocated ATP, Inventory, BOM, WIP, Purchasing, Cost Management, and Order Management (R12).
  • Handson support experience with Oracle Demand Management Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including RESTbased integrations.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain planning processes such as demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management. Experience managing customer forecasts, measure setup, exception handling, hierarchy changes, and statistical tuning in Oracle Demand Management Cloud.
  • Strong technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL, APIs, interfaces, and RICE components, with good knowledge of Oracle data models and planning module data flows.
  • Experience writing functional and technical design specifications for planning and integration solutions.
  • Familiarity with Oracle implementation methodologies and ERP delivery frameworks.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain and Planning implementations or support; Oracle Value Chain Planning is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
