Key Deliverables

• Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI connected to Salesforce and Excel

• Create and manage reports within Salesforce Classic and Lightning environments

• Ensure data accuracy, report optimization, and end-user accessibility

• Analyze data to identify business insights and trends

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements

• Perform data modeling and write DAX queries for custom Power BI dashboards

• Conduct quality checks and act as the first level analyst for report validation

• Communicate project updates and maintain relationships with functional leaders
