Responsibilities
Operating Model Design & Transformation
- Lead holistic operating model diagnostics to identify improvement themes and support business case development.
- Conduct operating model assessments using data and analytics across people, process, technology, and governance.
- Develop target operating models aligned with client strategic objectives and quantitative performance benchmarks.
- Apply JLL's operating model design methodologies to define future-state strategies for people, processes, technology, governance, and location.
- Facilitate business and functional leads in delivering the future-state operating model.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
- Build trusted relationships with internal clients and identify opportunities for service expansion.
- Influence and guide senior stakeholders through complex organizational change.
- Navigate sensitive organizational issues using emotional intelligence and effective communication.
- Translate complex operational data into actionable insights for decision-making.
Data, Analytics & Technology Enablement
- Establish data-driven performance metrics and measurement frameworks to evaluate operating model effectiveness.
- Leverage automation and AI to improve operational outcomes.
- Support benefit quantification, scenario modeling, and business case development, including financial analysis and P&L impact assessment.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Power BI, and other analytics tools to drive insights and reporting.
Leadership & Strategic Impact
- Lead teams and workstreams independently, providing guidance in complex situations.
- Influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders and organizational boundaries.
- Drive transformation initiatives with strategic thinking, simplification of complex challenges, and focus on results.
- Champion learning, innovation, and digital transformation across the organization.
