Job Description

The Marketing Development Team consisting of Business Development Representatives (BDR) is responsible for creating pipeline for Sales.

Our BDRs play an important part in driving revenue by helping to set meetings and qualify leads into opportunities. This position works closely with Sales and Marketing to help create interest for our new product offerings and services.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development creates the great first impression to potential customers who are committed to enhancing a better customer experience for their own brand. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Lead Generation:You will proactively identify, contact, and cultivate new business opportunities using a combination of cold calling, emailing, and social channels to leverage meetings where you uncover customer experience opportunities.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Managing the entire sales process, from initial contact and qualification to demo, negotiation, and closing.
  • Prospecting:Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects in various C-level positions
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Be able to quickly build report with prospects while identifying the needs & challenges of a prospective customer and creating interest in Concentrix services.
  • Research & Analysis: Learn industry and funding signals and incorporate business trends in your prospect outreach.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Management to develop sales plays
  • Accountable to goals of qualified meetings, opportunities and revenue

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity and change, and a passion for helping to bring on new customers
  • Experience of at least 5/6 years in a B2B/pre-sales/ frontline sales environment preferably with IT & ITES Industry.
  • Strong marketing, demand generation or sales experience in Geos like Australia (AUS) and New Zealand (NZ).
  • Understanding of sales tools including Salesforce CRM, SalesLoft, Zoominfo, a plus.
  • Willingness to be creative and try new prospecting strategies to achieve your goals
  • Excellent communication skills including writing, speaking, listening (Native Language) and cold-calling preferred.
  • Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure to meet targets. Simply a Go-Getter with self motivation, determination & positive mindset.
