Description & Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for HR and Talent Acquisition partners by providing expert guidance on compensation related operational matters.
- Review job descriptions, conduct survey job matches, and create and maintain job profiles in Workday.
- Analyze internal and external compensation data to support pay decisions, market competitiveness, and internal equity.
- Develop data driven recommendations and present multiple solution options to address business needs.
- Translate complex compensation concepts into clear, actionable guidance for HR and business stakeholders.
- Promote consistent application of compensation policies, practices, and tools.
- Identify and resolve misalignments in job architecture, career leveling, and pay practices.
- Collaborate with cross functional HR teams to support compensation workflows, improve data accuracy, and contribute to process improvements.
- Support cyclical compensation planning and market reviews through detailed analysis and reporting.
- Contribute subject matter expertise to knowledge sharing, training, and resource development across HR teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
- Minimum 5 years of compensation experience, including experience with leading market survey sources.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to leverage AI tools effectively.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
- Willingness to work evening hours as needed for trainings and meetings with colleagues in the US.
