Job Description
- Responsible for ecommerce promotion set up on Hybris (includ ing but not limited to set up and testing of audience , products, and exclusions)
- Responsible for ecommerce promotion support on Hybris (Stocking, Parts & Supplies , Commercial product promotions, vendor product promotions )
- Responsible for creating order form for Stocking promotion via Excel. This includes ensuring approved products and eligible customers are coded properly as well as any in-program updates
- Responsible for keeping up list of dealers not allowed to participate in promotions, in collaboration with National Accounts stakeholders
- Responsible for daily reporting of Parts & Supplies promotions qualifying orders
- May also support the Loyalty program team with updates to SAP based on enrollment and unenrollment of dealers.
- May also support Energy Efficiency Specialist with marketing collateral updates as bandwidth allows
- Work with cross-functional teams at Lennox Corporate and other business partners to deliver ecommerce promotions on time
Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires at least 1 - 3 years related experience.
- Requires solid business acumen and ecommerce promotions and best practices.
- Requires strong excel skills and attention to detail and accuracy
- Requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
