Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years in software engineering with 5+ years full-stack development (React, Node.js/NestJS, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL)
Proven experience with agentic automation platforms (UiPath Maestro, n8n, or equivalent)
Hands-on with AI platforms and frameworks: Vertex AI, LangChain, RAG pipelines, embedding/vector databases, MCP servers, tool/function calling, and LLM orchestration
Proficiency in Python and TypeScript for automation and application development
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred); CI/CD, testing frameworks, and production observability
Familiarity with enterprise platforms (SAP, Workday, Salesforce)
Ability to mentor and set technical direction, especially in applying AI responsibly to enterprise systems
