About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Computer Vision Engineer to join our team and work on cutting-edge vision-based AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, optimizing, and deploying computer vision models for real-world applications. You will work closely with our AI, IoT, and product teams to build intelligent systems that can see, detect, track, and understand visual data at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement computer vision algorithms for object detection, classification, segmentation, and tracking.
- Build models using deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or ONNX.
- Work on image/video preprocessing, transformation pipelines, and annotation workflows.
- Design, train, evaluate, and optimize neural network architectures for performance and accuracy.
- Integrate CV models with IoT devices, cloud systems, or edge deployments (GPU, Jetson, Coral, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver production-ready solutions.
- Research and experiment with state-of-the-art vision models (YOLO, Mask R-CNN, DETR, ViT, SAM, etc.).
- Implement real-time inference, model compression, quantization, and accelerated inference.
- Troubleshoot model performance, latency, data quality, and deployment issues.
- Document technical work, maintain clean code, and ensure scalable model architectures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Computer Vision, Robotics, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML/CV libraries:
- PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of CNNs, Vision Transformers (ViT), and deep learning fundamentals.
- Experience with model training, tuning, dataset preparation, and annotation tools.
- Hands-on experience with edge AI, GPU acceleration, or real-time CV pipelines.
- Familiarity with algorithms for feature extraction, image registration, tracking, and 3D vision.
- Knowledge of Docker, Git, Linux, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SLAM, 3D reconstruction, LIDAR, or sensor fusion.
- Experience deploying models on NVIDIA Jetson, Raspberry Pi, or embedded systems.
- Hands-on with ONNX Runtime, TensorRT, or OpenVINO for optimization.
- Knowledge of data augmentation, synthetic data generation, or simulation tools.
- Understanding of IoT protocols, robotics systems, or autonomous navigation.
