Skills and Experience:
8 to 12 years of experience as a UX practitioner working on complex, data-intensive enterprise software applications.
Working knowledge of human-centered design principles, techniques, and processes.
Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Working knowledge of user research and usability evaluation methods.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience in usability testing and user research.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas.
Proven experience working in Agile software development environments.
Domain knowledge in industrial automation (preferred).
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify innovation opportunities across product ecosystems.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and intuitive UX solutions.
Degree in HCI, UX Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
