  • Familiarity with Honeywell control systems, including Experion, SCADA, and ControlEdge RTU.
  • Exposure to edge computing, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), or digital oilfield solutions.
  • Knowledge of well simulation concepts and techniques.
  • Understanding of industrial cybersecurity standards is considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development lifecycle methodologies.

Key Skills

  • Deep expertise in upstream oil and gas, especially in well operations and control systems.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation and control architectures.

  • Motivated to develop new technologies rapidly with a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a passion for innovation and solving complex, unfamiliar problems.
  • Proven track record of creating new solutions from concept to implementation.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and making decisions under pressure, with a preference for fast-paced, challenging environments.

What You'll Deliver

  • Detailed requirements and specifications for new solutions.
  • A well-defined and prioritized product backlog for R&D teams.
