As a Sr Advanced Data Scientist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing technical insight and acting as the subject matter expert in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis projects. - Apply expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis to develop and implement advanced algorithms and analytical solutions
- Manage end-to-end data science projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the successful delivery of actionable insights
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture
- Contribute to the strategic vision of the Data Science team, providing input on initiatives that align with business objectives
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges and generate valuable insights
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 8+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on leading complex projects and delivering impactful solutions
- Mastery experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior data scientists

- Bachelor's degree or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
- Experience in leading and ownership of complex data projects
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
