Senior Accounts Manager Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- *Financial Management*: Oversee daily accounting operations, including ledger posting, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.
- *Compliance*: Ensure statutory compliance, manage GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
- *Financial Reporting*: Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports.
- *Cash Flow Management*: Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
- *Team Management*: Train and develop junior accountants, providing guidance on best practices.
- *Audit Support*: Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.
Required Skills:
