Role Description

This is TWO full-time on-site role for Sr. Account Executive/Assistant Manager at NexGen Digital Infrastructures in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for Monitoring day to day accounting activities, including period end accruals before the end of the period. Scrutiny of general ledger/party ledger. Maintenance of fixed assets register and accounting of the same. Preparation of Profit & Loss accounts and Balance Sheet as per schedule VI and get them audited. Preparing FDR/LC/BG with Banks, taxation etc.

We are currently searching for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant or Senior Accountant to join our team. The chosen candidate will be a vital member of our finance department, responsible for managing various accounting tasks and ensuring the implementation of ERP software in the organization.

The said position is for our corporate office at Sector 49 Sohna Road Gurugram. Candidate must have proficiency with accounting software such as Oracle or SAP ERP.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting activities including ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, cash management, and bank reconciliations.

  • Oversee vendor payments, manage vendor agreements, and ensure timely disbursal of funds
  • Maintain fixed asset registers, calculate depreciation, and oversee related accounting entries
  • Ensure timely booking of expenses, vendor invoices, and revenue recognition.
  • Coordinate with banks for account operations, payments, fund transfers, and reconciliations.
  • Manage disbursal accounts with maker-checker facility to ensure financial control.
  • Track and optimize fund utilization across projects and entities.
  • Prepare and review the monthly MIS to be presented to the management
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, etc.
  • Liaise with statutory, internal, and tax auditors; provide required data and clarifications.
  • Support preparation and filing of returns, forms, and audit schedules.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, Companies Act 2013, Income Tax, Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), Gratuity Act and other statutory requirements.

Education/Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance/ MBA/PGDM in Finance,
  • CA (Inter) will be preferred

Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems; proficiency in MS Office including advanced Excel skills.

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in accounting/finance.
  • Technical / Soft Skills required Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, exposure to working in ERP
  • Should have experience in follow up and reconciliation
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
