Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Vadodara, Gujarat. The Senior Accountant will oversee and manage financial operations, including preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, budget planning, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and policies. The role also involves financial reporting, tax calculations, and audit preparations. The candidate will collaborate with other teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial functions.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and financial management skills, including expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance
• Experience with audit preparations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Professional certification such as CA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of industry-specific financial practices is an advantage
