Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships,
manage multi-channel digital marketing projects, and drive strategic growth. The ideal
candidate has a strong background in client servicing and digital strategy
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and
long-term retention.
- Manage team of account managers, graphic designers, video editors , content writers
and production team for smooth functioning of work.
- Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies across channels including SEO, PPC,
social media, content, and email marketing.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, performance, tech) to ensure timely and
high-quality campaign execution.
- Present campaign performance reports, insights, and optimization
recommendations.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow account value.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for assigned accounts.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account management within a digital agency environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Proven ability to manage large clients and complex campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results under pressure.
