Job Description
You will report directly to our Regional Sales Leader and you'll work out of our Bangalore, India location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company's growth by fostering strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges, and providing strategic solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute account strategies that align with customer objectives and drive business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.
- Explore and develop new key accounts for business growth in specified territory.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or sales.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management and account management principles.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in developing strategic account plans and managing complex sales cycles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
