Job Description

Overview:

We're hiring a Sr. Account Executive (B2B SaaS) to drive structured, outbound-led revenue growth at Testlify, a B2B SaaS platform helping companies streamline and improve their pre-employment screening process.

This is a high-ownership, outbound-first role with limited inbound dependency. You will own the complete sales cycle end-to-end from prospecting and pipeline creation to closing and disciplined account management.

We are specifically looking for candidates with prior exposure to international markets, particularly the United States. Experience selling to U.S.-based customers, understanding buyer behavior, sales cycles, and operating across time zones is strongly preferred.

This is primarily an Individual Contributor (IC) role with a clear, performance-based path to build and lead an outbound sales team while raising execution standards across the function.

Role Expectations:

  • This is a U.S.-focused outbound role.
  • Extended availability up to 5 PM PST on working days when required.
  • We operate across multiple time zones; flexibility based on customer availability is essential.
  • Time-zone flexibility is a non-negotiable requirement for success in this role.
  • Prior experience selling to U.S.-based or international markets (mandatory preference).

Responsibilities:

  • Be a fantastic individual performer and achieve revenue goals.
  • Develop repeatable sales processes focused on inbound and outbound sales initiatives.
  • Geography focus: United States & Canada
  • Keep sales efforts highly focused and organized within our CRM.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking.
  • Build a highly motivated and result-oriented sales team in a phased approach to hit revenue targets.
  • Pass customer feedback to marketing, product, and development teams.
  • Work with the clients and internal team members decisively and provide clear expectations.
  • Understanding digital marketing and other online platforms and how to leverage them to drive growth through partnerships is important.
  • Establish new relevant partnerships and nurture existing partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of potential partnerships and negotiate mutually beneficial terms.
  • Learn from customers what they dislike about our product and what can be fixed as soon as possible to ensure that you retain that customer.
  • Lead the client meetings and build long-lasting relationships through calls, emails, and videos effectively.
  • Keep efficiency and sales automation at the focus to scale sales initiatives effectively.
  • Explore and recommend areas of investment in software products and vendors to achieve our sales goals.
  • Bring the necessary vendors/partners on board to help us accelerate our sales efforts.
  • Over time, contribute to building and mentoring an outbound sales team based on performance.

Who should apply for this Role

  • 23+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven experience executing and leading outbound sales efforts.
  • Experience working with CRMs like HubSpot, Close, Lemlist, etc.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-accountability, performance-driven environment.
  • Flexible with late evening client meetings aligned to U.S. time zones.
  • Comfortable traveling for conferences and events.
  • Highly disciplined, organized, and numbers-focused.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in demanding and execution-focused work environments.

Job location & work hours:

  • Work from Office Matunga
  • Hybrid
  • 5:30 pm to 2:30 am or 6:30pm to 3:30am IST.
