Position: Sr. Account Director - BFS Sales - Farming

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Leader to own and grow the Bank of America account at a top-tier IT services firm. This is a pure farming role — expanding a trusted, high-value relationship built over years.
⚠ Must-have: Prior direct experience working on the Bank of America account — as a client partner, account manager or in a sales leader capacity.
About the opportunity:
- Own and grow the Bank of America relationship — a $15M–$50M+ P&L account
- Drive net new revenue across cloud, data & AI, digital banking, payments, and managed services
- Shape early-stage deals and influence BofA's investment agenda before formal RFPs
- Lead commercial negotiations on renewals, expansions, and new work orders
- Maintain CXO / CTO / CIO-level engagement as the senior commercial owner at BofA
What we're looking for
- Direct Bank of America account experience — delivery, client partnering, or sales capacity Must-have
- 16–23 years in IT services sales or account management within the BFS vertical
- experience in working with Tier-1 IT services firms
- Demonstrated success managing and growing large banking accounts (USD 15M+ ACV)
- Deep domain familiarity — core banking, payments, risk/compliance, digital transformation
- Existing senior stakeholder relationships within BofA is a strong differentiator
- Ability to build and manage a 3–4x pipeline with rigour and accurate forecasting
