Preferred Background:
- Prior experience in EdTech sales or combined EdTech + Non-EdTech sales roles
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in consultative selling and high-ticket sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct consultative discussions with prospective learners to understand their upskilling and career goals- .Recommend suitable programs and ensure successful enrollments
- .Own and manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to closure
- .Maintain high conversion rates and revenue performance
- .Mentor junior BDAs and support team performance goals
- .Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes and learner experience
- .Deliver consistent performance aligned with company revenue objectives
