This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Academic Counselor with Futurense Technologies, based in Noida. The Sr. Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the process of selecting suitable academic programs and career opportunities, advising on career pathways, and maintaining effective communication to address their educational needs. They will also liaise with the sales and academic teams to ensure alignment with the company's educational offerings and student requirements.

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to effectively guide students in their academic and professional journeys
• Proficiency in Communication and Academic Advising to engage with students and stakeholders clearly and effectively
• Experience in Education and understanding of academic programs and career development processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for helping individuals grow and achieve their goals
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in similar fields are highly regarded
• Prior experience in EdTech sales or a relevant industry is an advantage
