  • Basic understanding of insurance workflows, policy administration, and claims processing systems.
  • Familiar in troubleshooting web applications, databases (SQL),
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Should be able work in Rotation shifts
  • Should be able to weekend support
