Job Description

Any Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
2 + years of experience in technical support or application support, preferably in the insurance domain.
Basic understanding of insurance workflows, policy administration, and claims processing systems.
Familiar in troubleshooting web applications, databases (SQL),
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Should be able work in Rotation shifts
Should be able to weekend support
