Hiring: L1 Production Support Engineer / SQL Queries Analyst Voice Process
Location: Kothanur, Bangalore
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our team as L1 Production Support Engineer / SQL Queries Analyst. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 4 years of experience who have strong SQL skills, are comfortable with a voice-based support environment, and are eager to grow in a production support role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Write, analyze, and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and validation
- Perform production support and monitoring activities for live applications
- Handle voice-based support calls and coordinate with internal teams
- Monitor systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Zabbix
- Troubleshoot production issues related to SQL, applications, and systems
- Conduct data quality checks and ensure data integrity
- Support data migration, validation, and integration activities
- Work closely with engineers and analysts to understand data and system requirements
- Document queries, incidents, and resolution steps clearly
Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering
- Experience: Freshers or 04 years in Production Support / Monitoring / SQL-based roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server)
- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix basics
- Understanding of troubleshooting, validation, and networking basics
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Zabbix)
- Basic understanding of database design and normalization
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI) is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (MANDATORY)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
