Responsibilities

DBA Activity Migration Coordination

• Manage the transfer of database administration tasks across teams, systems, or locations.
• Ensure smooth transitions and operational continuity.

SQL Upgrade Process Management

• Oversee SQL system upgrades to maintain security and performance.
• Coordinate and plan upgrade cycles and testing.

CMDB Updates Oversight

• Ensure accurate, current records in the Configuration Management Database.
• Supervise timely and complete documentation updates.

SQL Vulnerability Status Tracking

• Track vulnerabilities in SQL systems.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.

Centralization of Coordination Tasks

• Consolidate various coordination responsibilities to improve consistency and efficiency.

Support Model Implementation

• Implement new/revised support models for SQL/database environments.
• Standardize and improve support practices across teams.

Database Landscape Management

• Monitor and optimize evolving database environments.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and scalability needs.

Sounds like you To apply you need to be:

Experience & Education

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Information & Computer Science, Statistics, or a quantitative discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of project management experience, focused on database initiatives.
• Strong SQL technology knowledge; familiarity with major providers like SQL Server and Oracle.

• Coordinate testing and drive successful delivery.
