Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a skilled Technology Engineer with strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL, including procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and views. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and process-driven, with a strong commitment to building efficient, reliable database solutions while contributing to a positive and high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Database Development

• Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and views
• Write optimized SQL queries for high-volume transactional and reporting systems
• Develop and manage Materialized Views, indexes, partitions, and constraints
• Perform data validation, data quality checks, and handle complex transformations
• Support application teams with query optimization and database design best practices
• Perform code reviews and enforce database coding standards
• Support customer success team for data migration and scripting work

Database Administration (DBA)

• Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Oracle Schema's.
• Monitor database health, capacity, and performance
• Perform performance tuning using AWR, ASH, SQL Trace, and execution plans
• Manage user access, roles, privileges, and security policies
• Handle production incidents, root cause analysis, and preventive actions
• Manage tablespaces, datafiles, redo logs, archivelogs
• Perform database refreshes, using EXPDP IMPDP

Required Skills & Exposure

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
• Exposure to working on DB packages and automation scripts
• Experience in database troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Hands-on performance tuning experience
• Understanding of database objects, indexes, partitions, and materialized views
• Experience working with cross-functional teams

• Ability to clearly explain issues and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive in sharing updates, risks, and improvement suggestions
• Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset
