About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Clinical Data Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection, validation, and management of clinical trial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of clinical data management processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical data management or a related role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in clinical data management systems such as Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop case report forms (CRFs) and data validation plans in collaboration with study teams.
- Manage the collection, review, and validation of clinical trial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with clinical sites, data entry teams, and other stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and queries.
- Implement and oversee data quality control procedures to maintain high standards of data integrity.
- Generate and review data listings, summaries, and reports for interim and final analyses.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies throughout the data management process.
- Assist in the preparation of audit and inspection documentation related to data management activities.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous process improvements.
