About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of Data Analyst. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the healthcare or clinical research domain, is required. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, SAS, R, or Python is essential. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are critical. Additionally, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are necessary. Knowledge of regulatory standards and data privacy regulations in healthcare is a plus.
Responsibilities
The Data Analyst will be responsible for designing and implementing data collection processes, ensuring data quality and consistency across projects. They will analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to clinical trials and healthcare outcomes. The role involves developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
