Good SQL Knowledge
Skills to support and troubleshooting SQL replication or AlwaysOn related issues.
Performance tuning and troubleshooting skills to support slowness issues reported by downstream applications.
Support issues related to SQL Server or Database recovery (database suspect/recovery, Infra issues etc)
Maintenance of databases (Load balance / change of files / location etc)
Query writing skills
Good to have skills
SSIS/SSRS knowledge
PowerShell knowledge
