Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as technical lead and subject matter expert for production and manufacturing applications.
  • Resolve complex issues for third-party and custom applications.
  • Collaborate with software developers and engineering teams to support deployment, testing, and maintenance of custom solutions.
  • Lead large projects, system upgrades, and cross-site implementations.
  • Design, integrate, and upgrade new manufacturing systems, tools, and technologies into the existing IT ecosystem.
  • Document system configurations, support procedures, and issue resolutions.
  • Develop training strategies and support standards for end-users and team members.
  • Mentor support team members, review work quality, and define IT support standards.
  • Maintain advanced understanding of custom database-driven applications.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of programming/scripting languages (SQL, Python, .NET, Java).
  • Ensure adherence to software development life cycle (SDLC) and change control processes.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP platforms, and third-party database-driven applications.
