Content Scheduling & Publishing
- Schedule and publish daily posts for Prime Video and MGM across multiple social platforms.
- Tag all posts accurately onSprinklr and AirTablefor seamless tracking and reporting.
- Update live post links on AirTable daily to maintain accurate and real-time documentation.
Tagging & Data Management
- Manage daily tagging of all assets, titles, and publishing slots across platforms.
- Execute back-tagging for 20242025 content to ensure historical data accuracy and completeness.
- Perform bulk tagging of legacy assets to align with updated mandate tags and metadata.
- Maintain and update the weekly followers tracker to measure organic growth and audience health.
Team Coordination
- Conduct daily sync-up calls with the Prime Video team to review tagging status, resolve blockers, and align on deliverables.
- Lead bi-weekly coordination with the Sprinklr team to troubleshoot and implement workflow improvements.
- Partner with the Social & Content teams to create new title tags for upcoming launches.
- Work closely with the Prime Video insights team to develop and refine dashboards for title-level marketing performance.
Client coordination
- Act as a data and reporting point-of-contact for the client, ensuring all analytics and tracking deliverables are accurate and timely.
- Present bi-weekly and monthly reports to the client, offering performance insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
- Participate in client review meetings to share content performance highlights and data-driven suggestions.
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, track KPIs, and optimize reporting frameworks.
- Ensure client requests and feedback on tagging, reporting, and metrics are addressed with clarity and efficiency.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and share bi-weekly performance reports summarizing engagement, reach, sentiment, and content effectiveness.
- Provide ad-hoc data support for campaign-level analysis, competitive benchmarking, or creative effectiveness tracking.
- Translate complex metrics into clear, insight-led summaries for both internal and client presentations.
Issue Tracking & Problem Solving
- Raise and monitor Sprinklr intake forms for technical issues until closure.
- Identify discrepancies or missing tags on AirTable and coordinate corrective actions across teams.
- Maintain a proactive approach to troubleshooting and improving data accuracy
