Position: Sports Expert
Type:Contract
Compensation:$20$40/hour
Commitment:1040 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Author realistic sports prompts covering game rules, strategy analysis, player evaluation, and statistics interpretation.
- Review and revise AI-generated responses for factual accuracy, rule compliance, and contextual nuance.
- Write high-quality human-authored gold responses for complex analytical or scenario-based sports questions.
- Create controlled prompt variations testing differences in rules, scoring systems, player conditions, and tournament formats.
- Evaluate outputs across different tones and instruction constraints.
- Identify model failure cases involving rule misinterpretation, statistical errors, or culturally inconsistent sports knowledge.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2+ years of sustained, serious engagement with sports as a hobby or analytical pursuit.
- Active participation in sports discourse in Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.
- Strong familiarity with rules, league systems, player development pathways, and sports culture within your language and regional context.
- Ability to articulate strategic reasoning, statistical insights, and rule-based analysis in the target language.
- Strong written communication skills and thoughtful editorial judgment.
