Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sports Operations Executive, based in Indore. The role involves managing day-to-day cricket operations, onboarding local cricket teams to the CrickBro platform, and coordinating with players and tournament organizers to ensure efficient and smooth operations. You will demonstrate platform features, provide training, drive user engagement, and build relationships with cricket clubs, schools, and sports institutions. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with the sales and operations team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Sports Coaching and Coaching methodologies.
• Excellent Communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for sports, particularly Cricket; experience with team sports like Football is a plus.
• Experience in Sales, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships and drive engagement.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment in Indore.
• Background in sports management or a related field is an advantage.
