About the Store
Decathlon Calangute Mall is the only Decathlon store in Goa, with a spacious sales area of 2,500 sq. meters. Located in one of India's most vibrant tourist hubs, our store is surrounded by a thriving sports culturefrom water sports to football, running, hiking, and more. 1st Responsibility: I ensure a WOW Customer Experience I greet, smile, and engage with customers to understand their needs
I am equipped to interact and engage with my customers
I promote sports by engaging customers through sports communities
I practice my sport and inspire customers to join sports communities.
I stay informed and encourage customers to participate in Decathlon events or local sports activities related to their interests.
I ensure my customer is Satisfied or Satisfied

I propose the right products & services depending on the needs of my customers
I use all our channels (in-store, .in, App) to satisfy the customer's needs
I propose the relevant services to the customer (buyback, repair & maintenance, personalisation).

My customer is at the centre of my activity. I make myself available whatever I am doing.
I suggest complementary products to enhance the customer sports practice experience
I ensure product availability by doing reliable, up-to-date and responsible inventory to support its omnichannel availability.
I ensure the signages are updated for the customers (Self-informed best choice)
I am accountable for the delivery

Profile
Who You Are
Passionate about sports like Football, Swimming, Cycling, Running, or any other sports compulsory.
A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
A natural problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
Comfortable using digital tools and apps.
Someone who is independent, autonomous, hardworking and focused.
Willing to work weekends, shifts, and national holidays.
