We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Event Live Commentator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing live commentary for various sports events, engaging audiences with insightful analysis and entertaining delivery in multiple languages.
Responsibilities
- Provide live commentary for various sports events including Football, Soccer, Baseball, Ice Hockey, Basketball, and Boxing.
- Engage with the audience through insightful and entertaining commentary during live broadcasts.
- Research teams, players, and sports statistics to provide accurate and informative commentary.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth delivery of live events.
- Stay updated on sports trends, news, and events relevant to the commentary.
- Deliver commentary in multiple languages as per the requirements (FR, DE, JP, ES, PT, RA, ARB, CN).
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-10 years of experience in sports commentary or sports journalism.
- Fluent in at least two of the following languages: French, German, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Chinese.
- Strong understanding of various sports, rules, and strategies.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage an audience.
- Ability to think quickly and provide on-the-spot analysis during live events.
- Familiarity with broadcasting equipment and software used in live commentary.
- Strong research skills and the ability to analyze game dynamics and player performances.
