Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sponsorship Sales Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Sponsorship Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, building relationships with potential sponsors, and securing sponsorship opportunities for events. The role also involves coordinating with clients to understand their needs, crafting customized sponsorship proposals, and ensuring the delivery of value to sponsors. The ideal candidate will manage sales cycles, consistently meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to the success of the company's events and projects.
Qualifications
- Experience and expertise in Sponsorship Sales, with the ability to secure strategic partnerships and sponsorships
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and maintain connections with clients and sponsors
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and the ability to identify potential sponsorship opportunities
- Proven track record in Sales with target achievement and skills in negotiation
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in event management and marketing will be an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
