About the Event

TheBFSI Tech Innovation Summit 2026will bring together 300+ CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, digital transformation leaders, fintech innovators, and technology partners from leading banks and financial institutions across India. The summit will focus on AI, cybersecurity, digital banking, fintech collaboration, cloud, and next-gen BFSI technologies.

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-drivenSponsorship Sales Managerto lead sponsor acquisition and revenue generation for the summit. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B event sponsorship sales, preferably within BFSI, fintech, or technology domains.

This role is revenue-focused and requires strategic prospecting, relationship management, and closing high-value sponsorship deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sponsorship sales for the summit (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Associate & Exhibitor tiers)
  • Identifyand target potential sponsors including:
  • Fintech companies
  • IT & SaaS providers
  • Cybersecurity firms
  • Cloud & AI solution providers
  • Consulting firms serving BFSI
  • Build andmaintaina strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Develop customized sponsorship proposals aligned to sponsor objectives
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with senior decision-makers
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets within defined timelines
  • Coordinate with marketing and event teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are fulfilled
  • Maintain CRM records and weekly sales reporting
  • Support sponsor onboarding and relationship management until event execution

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 37 years of experience in B2B sponsorship sales or event sales
  • Proventrack recordof achieving revenue targets
  • Strong network within BFSI / fintech/enterprise tech ecosystem (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience selling high-value sponsorship packages (5L 50L+ deals preferred)
