What You'll Be Doing (No Two Days the same):

Hunt down sponsors like a pro (think of it as matchmakingjust for brands).

Create pitch decks that don't just informthey impress.

Make sales calls, charm clients, and seal deals that spark high-fives.

Hit (and maybe crush) monthly sales targetswithout burning out.

Work closely with the content, marketing, and ops teamsyour work fam.

Take charge in client meetings, whether it's virtual or face-to-face.

What we're Looking For (Besides a Killer Smile):

Excellent communication and persuasion skillsyou talk, people listen.

Quick on your feet and cool under pressure.

Love brands, business goals, and building win-win partnerships.

Organized, goal-oriented, and always a step ahead.

Comfortable with CRMs or ready to learn fast.
