Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sponsorship Sales Executive based in Bengaluru. The Sponsorship Sales Executive will be responsible for generating revenue by acquiring sponsorships for Tradepass events. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential sponsors, developing relationships with clients, delivering persuasive sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to tailor sponsorship opportunities and ensure the seamless execution of event deliverables.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Negotiation and Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in Market Research and identifying new business opportunities
  • Understanding of Event Management and Marketing strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in software tools such as CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in sponsorship sales or event-based business is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
