Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sponsorship strategies to drive revenue growth and build strong partnerships with potential sponsors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sponsorship packages that align with the company's brand and objectives.
- Utilize effective communication skills to pitch sponsorship opportunities to potential partners and negotiate contracts.
- Manage sponsor relationships and ensure all contractual obligations are met to maximize sponsor satisfaction.
- Utilize MS-Office tools to track sponsorship sales, monitor performance, and generate reports for management.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sponsorship ideas.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
