SPM Reporting Consultant with Embedded Analytics

Description

We are seeking an experienced SPM Reporting Consultant with Embedded Analytics to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reporting and analytics, with a focus on delivering insightful and strategic performance management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SPM (Strategic Performance Management) reports using embedded analytics tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver insightful analytics solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to support business decision-making.
• Create and manage dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct training sessions for stakeholders on how to use reporting tools and interpret analytics data.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting outputs.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience in reporting and analytics, preferably in SPM or related fields.
• Proficient in embedded analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and techniques.

createSPM reports.Need strong Embedded Analytics experience.Will work to implement Sales Performance Management including Compensation, T&Q, Workflow, Data Integration

Understand HANA procedures tuning techniques, parse rate tables, retrieve data from Lookup tables, trace and plan document related tables and IM TCMP tables

- Understand T&Q and related database architecture

- Write variations on custom reporting hierarchies

- Design front end EA variations, hyperlinks, prompts
