About the Role

ValueLabs is seeking an experienced Splunk Architect to lead the design, implementation, and management of Splunk solutions across our platform. This role requires a hands-on expert with a deep understanding of Splunk architecture, data ingestion strategies, search optimization, and dashboard creation to support critical business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of Splunk solutions across the enterprise.
• Develop and optimize data ingestion strategies to ensure efficient data processing and storage.
• Enhance search performance by designing optimized queries, reports, and dashboards.
• Implement best practices for scalability, security, and efficiency in Splunk operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Splunk with various data sources and security monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing Splunk solutions.
• Expertise in Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Cloud, and Splunk Enterprise Security (ES).
• Strong experience with data ingestion, parsing, indexing, and correlation techniques.
• Ability to optimize SPL (Search Processing Language) queries for performance.
• Hands-on experience in creating dashboards, alerts, reports, and security analytics.
• Knowledge of log management, SIEM solutions, and security best practices.
• Experience in automating Splunk operations using Python, Bash, or other scripting languages.

Important Details

• This role will be remote initially, but candidates are expected to relocate to Hyderabad. The timeline for relocation will be discussed during the hiring process.
