Job Summary
A Spinning Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting spinning machines to ensure smooth production of yarn with required quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor spinning machines (Ring Frame, Simplex, Carding, Drawing)
- Ensure continuous production with minimal downtime
- Check yarn quality and maintain production standards
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
- Identify and resolve machine issues quickly
- Maintain proper documentation of production data
- Follow safety and quality procedures
- Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance team
Skills & Requirements
- Knowledge of spinning processes and machinery
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of yarn quality parameters
- Ability to work in shifts
- Teamwork and communication skills
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical
- 13 year's experience in spinning unit (preferred)
