Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in a Data / Analytics Architect role.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering data architectures and analytics solutions across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Hands-on expertise across the entire data management lifecycle, from data ingestion to consumption.
- Strong exposure to the end-to-end Data & BI lifecycle, including :
- Data ingestion and integration
- ETL / ELT design and optimization
- Data modeling and warehousing
- Advanced analytics and reporting
- Data visualization and insights delivery
Technical Expertise
Deep expertise in :
- Data Management data governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, and compliance
- Data Orchestration workflow automation, pipeline scheduling, monitoring, and optimization
- Data Visualization strong hands-on experience with Power BI and other leading BI tools
- Proven experience delivering large-scale data and analytics programs using :
- Microsoft Fabric
- Databricks
c, Azure Data Engineering stack (ADF, Synapse, ADLS, etc.)
Good To Have
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and Oracle OCI.
- Exposure to Data Science, AI, and ML engineering concepts and implementations.
Leadership & Stakeholder Skills
- Strong technical leadership with the ability to guide teams and influence architectural decisions.
- Excellent client engagement and stakeholder management skills, with experience translating business needs into scalable data solutions.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, enterprise, and multi-stakeholder environments.
