Speech Therapist

Are you an SLP who believes communication should be authentic, child-led, and empowering not about fixing kids

At Sounderic, we provide online speech, language, and communication therapy for children, adults, and families across the globe. We are building a team that is:

1. Neurodiversity-affirming (respecting each child's unique way of communicating)

2. Evidence-based (NDBIs, parent coaching, functional communication)

3. Teletherapy-trained (or excited to learn how to make online therapy engaging and effective)

What you'll do:

1. Deliver 1:1 teletherapy sessions with children (312 years), teens, and adults.

2. Collaborate with OTs, behavior therapists, and educators in our multidisciplinary team.

3. Use functional, play-based, and evidence-based approaches

4. Support parents and teachers with practical carryover strategies.

What we're looking for:

1. Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (Bachelor's/Master's in SLP).

2. ND-affirming mindset

3. Strong foundation in evidence-based therapy (NDBI, PECS, AAC, parent coaching, fluency shaping, etc.).

4. Teletherapy experience is a bonus if not, willingness to train is a must.

5. Open, collaborative, and growth-oriented.
