Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Speech Therapist role based in Hyderabad. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders, including challenges related to articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, formulating individualized treatment plans, delivering one-on-one and group therapy sessions, and monitoring progress with clear documentation. The role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, engaging families and caregivers through education and home programs, and providing therapy that is functional, context-specific, and aligned with clients real-life environments (home, school, workplace, and community). The Speech Therapist will participate in case discussions, contribute to evidence-based practice, maintain ethical and inclusive standards of care, and support both pediatric and adult populations as needed.
Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Speech Therapy, with demonstrated ability to assess and treat diverse speech and communication needs.
  • Knowledge and clinical experience in managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders across age groups.
  • Competence in evaluating and treating Dysphagia, including safe swallowing practices and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Ability to address a range of Speech and language challenges using evidence-based, client-centered intervention approaches.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Speech and Hearing from a recognized institution.
  • Valid registration or licensure (as applicable) with relevant professional or regulatory bodies.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary or rehabilitation settings, preferably with both pediatric and adult clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to inclusive, culturally sensitive, and ethical practice.
  • Strong documentation, case management, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Openness to continuous learning, participation in clinical discussions, and integration of current research into practice.
