Job Summary:
- Responsible for helping patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.

Key Responsibilities:
Assessment & Planning:
- Assess patients physical, emotional, and developmental conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patients needs and goals.
Therapy & Intervention:
- Provide occupational therapy sessions aimed at improving motor skills, coordination, and daily functioning.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and modifications to support independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy exercises and at-home strategies.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with physiotherapists, speech therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate care to ensure a holistic approach to rehabilitation.
Documentation:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
- Ensure adherence to clinical standards, documentation protocols, and confidentiality guidelines.
Training & Awareness:
- Participate in community or internal awareness sessions as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices and rehabilitation techniques.
