Speech Therapist

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Speech Therapist, primarily based in Bengaluru South with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication challenges. Responsibilities include evaluating clients, developing individualized therapy plans, conducting therapy sessions, and collaborating with caregivers to track progress. The therapist will also work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective and integrated therapy delivery.

• Strong background in speech and language assessment, diagnosis, and therapy planning
• Proficiency in delivering speech therapy sessions for varied age groups and developmental conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and track client progress effectively
• Experience with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, or other special needs is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Valid certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
