Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a skilled Speech Therapist at our Bengaluru East location. The Speech Therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include creating personalized therapy plans, working closely with patients and their families to achieve therapy goals, addressing swallowing difficulties (dysphagia), and monitoring treatment progress. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team will be key to delivering effective and holistic care.

Qualifications

• Specialized expertise in Speech Therapy and treatment of Speech Disorders
• Knowledge and experience with Dysphagia and management of swallowing difficulties
• Proficiency in diagnosing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and their families
• Ability to create and implement tailored therapy plans for diverse patient needs
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Relevant professional certification and licensure to practice speech therapy
• Experience with pediatric and adult patients is a plus
