Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Speech Therapist role located in Thrissur. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication and language disorders, as well as assist patients with swallowing difficulties. Responsibilities include designing and implementing therapy plans, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Speech Therapy and Speech-related interventions
• Proficiency in diagnosing and managing Dysphagia, Communication Disorders, and Language Disorders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
• Ability to create personalized therapy plans and adjust them based on patient progress
• Relevant educational background (e.g., Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology or related field) and licensure as required by local regulatory bodies
• Experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable
• Empathy, patience, and a commitment to improving patients quality of life
