Devaki Neuropsychiatry Hospital is a specialized mental healthcare center in Amritsar providing psychiatry, inpatient care, psychological services, and structured speech therapy programs. We follow a multidisciplinary approach, with strong coordination between psychiatrists, psychologists, and speech therapists.

Speech therapy is a growing vertical in our hospital, especially for children with autism, speech delay, ADHD, and developmental concerns.

Role Summary

We are seeking a qualified and structured Speech-Language Pathologist to assess and provide therapy to children and adults with communication disorders. The candidate must be comfortable working in a hospital environment and collaborating with psychiatrists and psychologists.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssessment & Evaluation

• Conduct speech and language assessments for:
• Speech delay
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• ADHD
• Developmental delay
• Stammering
• Articulation disorders
• Maintain structured assessment reports.

Therapy & Intervention

• Conduct individual speech therapy sessions.
• Conduct individual Occupational Therapy sessions.
• Conduct individual Global Developmental Delay Therapy sessions.
• Conduct individual speech therapy sessions.
• Develop structured therapy plans.
• Provide parent counseling and home programs.
• Track progress session-wise.
• Maintain retention of therapy patients.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain proper documentation in HIMS.
• Update session records daily.
• Prepare progress reports for case reviews.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality.

Team Coordination

• Work closely with:
• Psychiatrists
• Clinical Psychologists
• Participate in case discussions.
• Contribute to hospital events like:
• Chhoti Awaaz, Badi Baat

Performance Expectations (Important)

• Minimum therapy session targets per month.
• High patient retention rate.
• Structured progress documentation.
• Positive parent feedback.
• Contribution to speech therapy revenue growth.

Eligibility Criteria

• BASLP / MASLP (Mandatory)
• Valid RCI Registration (Mandatory)
• 0–3 years experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Patience and structured working style
