Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a qualified and empathetic Speech Therapist to join us for providing at-home therapy sessions in Mumbai. This is a flexible, contract-based role with session schedules coordinated based on your availability and the family's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one speech therapy sessions in the client's home
• Conduct assessments and design individualized therapy plans
• Develop engaging, age-appropriate activities to support communication and language development
• Maintain accurate session notes and provide regular updates to the Carely team
• Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child's care, when required
• Guide and support families in continuing therapy techniques at home

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• At least 4 years of experience working with children and adolescents with developmental delays or disabilities (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a home-based setting
• Warm, respectful, and professional approach to working with families

Selection Process:

Shortlisted candidates may be invited to conduct a demo session at the child's home. This will be a paid session, with compensation discussed in advance to cover travel and time.

Compensation:

• Per-session rate (to be discussed based on experience and availability)
• Payments made by Carely directly

Other Details:

• Session frequency and schedule will be discussed at the time of assignment
• All sessions will be coordinated through Carely
• This is a freelance/contract role with no fixed monthly hours
